• Stay Warm Save Money offer a 30 day warranty on all products.
• The warranty commences from the date of shipment from the company.
• Any misuse or abuse of goods by the customer will invalidate the warranty.
• Any item that experiences a fault or damage through misuse, or from using a battery pack that has not been supplied by Stay Warm Save Money, is not covered by the 30 day warranty.
• Except in pre-arranged circumstances, the Company warranty is not valid outside the United Kingdom.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Should the goods prove not to be faulty after examination and testing in our workshop, the company reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the total order of the goods. The company reserves the right to repair, replace or credit faulty items at their discretion.
• It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safe return of goods to the company at the customer’s expense.
